  • Trim-Match: Cassette powder-coated to match your window frame or wall color. Custom RAL/Pantone matching available.
  • Standard Finish: Choose from our 20 stock powder-coat colors (white, ivory, silver, bronze, black, and more).

Fabric‑Match Cassette (Continuum)

For the ultimate in visual seamlessness, the front face of the cassette is upholstered in the exact same cellular shade fabric—same weave, same dye lot, same roll direction. When the shade is lowered, the cassette and fabric read as a single, uninterrupted textile plane. When raised, the fabric wraps the cassette, concealing the headrail entirely. This is the preferred choice of high‑end interior designers seeking a monolithic, custom‑built look.

Trim‑Match Powder Coat

For a crisp, architectural aesthetic, match your cassette to your window trim or wall color. We offer custom color matching to any RAL or Pantone code (minimums apply). Each cassette is fabricated from 1.2 mm aluminum and finished with a durable, baked‑on powder coat that resists chipping and fading. Choose from matte, satin, or gloss sheens to complement your interior.

Commercial‑Grade Durability

All cassettes are built from 1.2 mm thick aluminum, significantly more rigid than the roll‑formed steel used in economy valances. This structural integrity prevents flexing on wide spans (up to 144 inches) and ensures the cassette remains perfectly square. The powder‑coat finish is tested to 1,000 hours of salt spray (ASTM B117) for long‑term durability.

Hidden Mounting System

Cassettes install using concealed snap‑in brackets—no visible fasteners. Shades are pre‑installed within the cassette at the factory, so on‑site installation is simply mounting the cassette to the wall or ceiling. A full installation template is included for precise placement.

Coordinated Bottom Rails

For a fully integrated look, we can color‑match the bottom rail to the cassette. The rail can be powder‑coated in the same finish or wrapped in the same fabric. This option is available on motorized shades only, due to weight considerations.
