Sense Blinds Product Warranty
We extend the following warranty to the original purchaser of window treatments.
Warranty Coverage:
- Manufacturer defects and shipping damage (must be reported within 15 calendar days). Proof of purchase is required.
- Materials, operating mechanisms (including cords and ladders), and other parts are covered for 5 years (starting from the date of delivery), provided the window covering is installed according to the specifications in the installation instructions.
- The motor is covered by a 2-year warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required.
What is not covered:
- Natural variations in texture, construction, or color, slight warping of wood products, and the natural fading or color changes in materials over time.
- Product failure due to any of the following:
- Incorrect installation, operation, or cleaning methods.
- Normal wear and tear from daily use, such as sun-faded blinds/shades or frayed pull cords from regular operation.
- Overexposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture.
- Damage caused by children, pets, or insects.
- Improper cleaning techniques.
- Any modifications or alterations made to the product.
- Products that exceed recommended size limits or fall outside the specifications listed on the product page.
Resolution of Warranty Issues:
- Repair or Replacement: We will decide, at our discretion, whether to repair or replace the product.
- Product Discontinuation: If the product under warranty is discontinued and requires replacement, we will offer a substitute that matches as closely as possible. In cases where multiple products are in the same room, only the defective one will be repaired or replaced. We will make every effort to match the original specifications.
- Shipping Costs: After the first year, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to warranty repairs.
- After Warranty Expiration: Once the warranty has expired, we will no longer be able to repair or replace the original window covering. However, we can assist you in purchasing a new product that fits your needs.

This warranty replaces all other warranties, whether written or spoken. We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from product defects or a breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component before providing replacements. To request a repair or replacement, you must provide proof of the original purchase date, such as a Bill of Sale, canceled check, or another payment record. The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may vary depending on your state, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
