The cassette is not a simple valance—it is a five‑sided metal enclosure that wraps the entire headrail assembly. The front, top, ends, and bottom return are formed from a single continuous sheet of aluminum, precision‑folded to eliminate seams and visible fasteners. The fabric exits through a narrow, flock‑lined slot that prevents friction and protects the material. When the shade is fully raised, the fabric is completely concealed inside the cassette.
