  • Hardwired motors connect to low‑voltage transformers—either plug‑in or in‑wall—and deliver unlimited runtime with zero maintenance. They’re the preferred choice for new construction, commercial projects, or shades that will be operated frequently throughout the day.

Designed for Roman Shades

Roman shades demand more from a motor than rollers or honeycombs. The stacked fabric adds weight, and the lift cords must rise evenly to prevent tilt. SmartDrive motors use soft‑start/soft‑stop control to eliminate jerking and ensure a level lift. Motor speed is automatically calibrated to the fabric weight—heavier blackout shades move slightly slower for smooth, controlled motion.

Sunrise/Sunset Automation

Using your home’s GPS coordinates, the system can automatically raise shades at sunrise and lower them at dusk. This improves comfort and energy efficiency—lowering shades during hot afternoons reduces cooling load. A vacation mode randomizes shade movement to make the home look occupied when you’re away.

Group Control & Scenes

You can group shades by room or orientation (e.g., “Living Room West Wall”) and operate them together. Scenes make daily life effortless:
