Belgian Linen Zebra Shades
Authentic Slub Texture
Linen’s beauty comes from its organic irregularities—the natural slubs that form in real flax fibers. Our polyester interpretation recreates this character using an air‑texturizing process that intermittently loops and entangles filaments. The result is a fabric with true, dimensional slubs, not a printed simulation. From six feet away, it is virtually indistinguishable from mid‑weight Belgian linen.
Textured on Both Bands
Both the sheer and opaque bands feature the same linen‑look texture. When aligned, the continuous surface creates a uniform, sophisticated textile plane. When staggered, the overlapping bands produce a layered, sculptural effect. The texture catches light from multiple angles, adding depth and quiet visual movement.
8 Natural‑Inspired Colors
A palette drawn from nature and classic linen tones:
-
Natural — Warm off‑white, reminiscent of raw flax
-
Flax — Pale oatmeal, soft and versatile
-
Pebble — Light greige, balanced and contemporary
-
Driftwood — Weathered grey‑beige, relaxed coastal
-
Oyster — Warm white with a whisper of grey
-
Mushroom — Soft taupe, grounded and organic
-
Sand — Light beige, warm and sun‑washed
-
Fog — Muted blue‑grey, serene and airy
All colors are solution‑dyed for long‑term fade resistance.
No Ironing, No Wrinkles
Natural linen wrinkles instantly. Our polyester version has wrinkle‑resistant memory, so the fabric will not develop permanent creases. Any temporary fold lines from shipping relax naturally within 24–48 hours once the shade is lowered.
Stain‑Release Finish
The fabric includes a fluorocarbon‑free stain‑release treatment that repels water‑based spills. Coffee, tea, and most beverages bead on the surface and can be blotted away—making linen‑look zebra shades practical for dining rooms, kitchens, and family spaces.
Fade‑Proof Color
Real linen is highly UV‑sensitive and can yellow or bleach within months. Our solution‑dyed polyester is rated Class 5 (excellent) lightfastness. After 1,000 hours of accelerated weathering, color shift is virtually imperceptible.
