Ultrasonic Welded Construction

Unlike dual‑fabric shades that rely on stitching—creating visible seams and potential weak points—DuoTone shades are ultrasonically welded at every cell edge. High‑frequency sound waves fuse the two fabric layers at a molecular level, forming a bond stronger than the fabric itself. The weld is invisible, permanent, and will never separate.
