Important Notes
- There may be a +/- 1/8 inch measurement discrepancy. When measuring curtain dimensions, do not account for factory deductions. Detailed deduction information can be found in the table below.
- Fabric colour can vary from one dye lot to another. To ensure that all materials are from the same dye lot, please order shades for the same room at the same time.
- Fabric Roman shades may have wrinkles after installation; minor wrinkling will typically smooth out on its own within a few days. For quicker results, use a garment steamer on the back side of the shade, being careful to avoid direct contact with the fabric.
- Shades of different heights may have pleats of varying sizes. We recommend ordering all shades using the height of the longest one and selecting the same lift system for consistency.
- For outside mount shades, we recommend adding an additional 4 inches (approximately 10 cm) to the width to help reduce light gaps.
Additional Information
- According to legal requirements, safety devices must be installed on chains to prevent the formation of hanging loops. The safety device should be installed at the farthest point from the control mechanism to prevent slack in the cord loop.
- Continuous cord loops come with white chains.
- Fabric-inserted cassette tracks use the same fabric as the curtain, with the fabric direction consistent with the curtain. The matching bottom rail is white.
- Aluminum cassettes are available in five colors, with the bottom rail matching the cassette color.
- Product can only be mounted to the top or rear of window casing. Side mounts not available.
- Because of the design of this window treatment, no extra fabric is added to roller.
- Depending on the height of the shade, opaque sections may not align in the fully lowered position.
Motorization Details
- Motorized remotes are not included. At least one remote is required per order, and one motorized charger is included in each order.
- It is strongly recommended to set up a dedicated channel for each curtain.
- A 15-channel remote can operate one curtain per channel, controlling up to 15 curtains in total.
- The remote range is approximately 260 feet.
- An additional Hub allows control of motorized curtains via Alexa and the free, downloadable Tuya Smart app, compatible with iOS and Android systems.

- We hold all orders for 24 hours before processing to allow time for any adjustments to measurements or color choices.
